The aftermath
All the youth returned safely from the trip and are all probably passed out except for me. I would like to thank all of you for your prayers. I hope to see you all sunday!

We are in the middle of a full-on super loud rock concert and Parker is totally sleeping. Clay is pictured here with him. It's safe to say that there are some youth very ready to come home and catch up on some sleep.
Rev. Olu Brown leading morning bible study with a discussion on how God gives us the strength to overcome fear (based on a story from the book of Daniel). He used the symbolism of a faith - fear tug o war and the picture is of Faith winning. He challenged us all to overcome one fear with faith and God's help before leaving.

She did an amazing job sharing her faith straight from her heart with Adam providing the melody to go with it! We are so proud of her courage to get up and perform in front of hundreds of youth with almost no practice. Be sure to ask her about what the lyrics mean to her and perhaps if you ask she'll perform it for us back at church!
